Counselling

What is Counselling and how can it help you?

The counselling relationship provides the emotional support where you can freely express your feelings and find better ways of managing them.

Counselling is a collaborative effort between yourself and the Counsellor. The Counsellor can help you look at the issues in your life and enable you to discover the right direction for yourself. Working through your feelings, emotions and situations with a Counsellor can help to move you in the right direction to meet and deal with your own individual challenges.

What the Counsellor will not do is to decree a course of action or present set solutions because everyone is unique and individual both as people and in relation to their particular situations.
